Job Opportunity

As a skilled professional, we are seeking a Proposals Manager to lead end-to-end tender processes across engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects.

  • Coordinate technical experts to develop compliant and compelling proposals that meet the required standards and deadlines.
  • Oversee the technical and financial components of submissions, including donor-funded projects, ensuring they meet all necessary criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire bid process for multiple jurisdictions and funding environments, from initiation to submission.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive proposal libraries, templates, and content to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Lead internal bid reviews, provide feedback, and ensure submissions are ready for evaluation.
  • Monitor project pipelines, forecast deadlines, and collaborate with business development teams to support pre-positioning efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to review and interpret complex technical content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
