Personal Injury Litigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal support team, you will play a crucial role in case preparation and management by conducting thorough research, drafting and reviewing documents, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

About the Role
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive legal files to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth research on legal and factual matters, producing concise and well-supported findings.
  • Prepare high-quality trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials in advance of hearings.
  • Track deadlines, hearings, and schedules to prevent delays and ensure smooth case progression.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and clarify case details.
  • Manage document production and review during discovery processes.
  • Provide proactive administrative and litigation support throughout all phases of case management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings.
  • Proficiency with case management systems (Clio, PracticePanther, or equivalent).
  • Skilled in legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or PACER.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
