The Training and Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence through comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed onboarding sessions for new team members, ensuring alignment with performance standards and business objectives.
  • Develop and continuously improve training programs to enhance productivity and elevate the client experience.
  • Create engaging training materials that address identified knowledge gaps, promoting clarity and accuracy.
  • Provide timely feedback and personalized coaching to support employees' growth and development.
  • Facilitate transitions, address challenges, and oversee exit processes for departing employees.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of training experience in lead generation, sales, technical support, or customer support.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create effective training sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, time-management, and adaptability skills.
