Job Description
  • Responsible for designing and implementing B2B portals and solutions for worldwide Continental teams in accordance with global Competence Center principles.
  • Ensure the successful setup and administration of OEM portals to maintain user access and secure portal information.

Key responsibilities include providing IT consultation, support, and service management, project management, and ensuring resource and system availability & support towards daily operational business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related information technology field.
  • Experience in collaborating with other parties and actively participating in local and global projects.
  • Flexible to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with well-organized and structured work habits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to function well in a team or independently.

This role requires expertise in ITSM, ITIL, Lean Methodology, IT Strategy, Tool and service roadmap, and General IT knowledge. Additionally, experience with OEM Portal knowledge is highly valued.
