Job Description

This role involves overseeing the eLearning project lifecycle, from inception to closure. The job requires analyzing client needs, gathering content and resources, designing engaging materials, developing courses using various software tools, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and identify learning objectives
  • Design and develop eLearning content utilizing Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and other multimedia tools
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create storyboards and scenario-based learning
  • Develop promotional materials and announce new courses
  • Administer training management system functions, including course creation and assessments
Project Management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on project planning and execution
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure timely delivery and secure project acceptance
Support Functions
  • Innovation – support strategic plans
  • Learning – stay updated on technology and industry news
  • Internal Processes – support processes, policies, and guidelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  • 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Training needs analysis, methods, and procedures
  • Process mapping and visual display design principles
  • Excellent written and communications skills
  • Prior customer service or call center environment experience
