APAC Learning Program Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage APAC learning programs for bilingual audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling sessions, coordinating facilitators, tracking attendance, and providing participant support in Mandarin and English.
Key Responsibilities- Language Support: Provide bilingual communication for Manufacturing training programs and assist participants as needed.
- Regional Management: Optimize session schedules for APAC time zones, liaise with vendors, and manage the participant service desk.
- Quality & Backup: Document processes, provide cross-program support, and ensure coverage during peak periods.
- Service Excellence: Maintain a 24-hour SLA response, prepare regional reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Team coordination and management
- Vendor liaison experience
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
Role Overview
The APAC Learning Program Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our customers. This role requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Training, or Project Management)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training or project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
