Job Overview:

The HR Recruitment Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This involves sourcing, coordinating, documenting, and reporting on recruitment activities to help the organization achieve its talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:
    Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    Engage with candidates to provide them with a positive application experience.
  2. Screening and Interview Coordination:
    Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates.
    Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed of details.
  3. Reporting and Data Analysis:
    Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as application volume, screening outcomes, and hiring timelines.
    Provide insights to support strategic planning and improve recruitment processes.
  4. Documentation and Compliance:
    Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate status, and feedback in the ATS.
    Ensure compliance with documentation standards and labor regulations.
  5. Candidate Experience:
    Act as a liaison between candidates and the company, ensuring a seamless application process.
    Provide timely updates and responses to candidate inquiries.
  6. Onboarding Support:
    Support pre-employment checks, including background verification and document collection.
    Assist in preparing onboarding schedules and new hire documentation.
  7. Process Improvement:
    Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
  8. Event Coordination:
    Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring initiatives.
  9. Communication:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
    Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment for at least 1-2 years.
  3. Familiarity with recruitment software.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  7. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
