The role of Consumer Engagement Specialist is pivotal in representing consumers across digital platforms. This position executes the day-to-day tone of voice for multiple brands in response to consumer comments/inquiries received via email through our contact site.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to product/company concerns and inquiries, adhering to SLAs and pre-defined best practices for engagement.
- Assist the Global Relations Team with ad-hoc assignments to support operational requirements.
- BA/BS in Communications, PR, English, Marketing or related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience engaging with consumers.
- Ability to adapt and differentiate between various brand voices/tones/personalities.
