About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team in the gaming industry. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who has strong attention to detail and a passion for financial reporting and analysis. You will play a key role in the preparation of financial statements, account reconciliation, and supporting audits while working closely with internal teams and external auditors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in financial reporting or general accounting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Navision, is a plus
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements
  • Review accounting entries for accounts payable vouchers
  • Encode month-end closing entries (e.g., prepayments, accruals)
  • Perform account analysis and reconciliation
  • Assist with issues related to Microsoft Navision (ERP)
  • Prepare supporting worksheets, management reports, and reconciliations (e.g., balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliations)
  • Support the Finance team on various ad hoc projects
  • Liaise with external auditors during interim and annual audits
