Expert Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an expert technical support specialist to provide advanced technical support and maintain a customer-centric approach. This role involves providing comprehensive solutions to complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve bugs or system limitations, mentoring junior support engineers to enhance troubleshooting efficiency, and continuously learning and mastering technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Escalate complex technical issues and provide thorough investigations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve bugs or system limitations.
  • Mentor L1 Support Engineers to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
  • Continuously learn and master technical knowledge.
  • Assist in creating documentation with solutions to recurring and newly discovered issues.
  • Perform testing and validate bug fixes.
  • Monitor and analyze support trends to propose long-term solutions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of technical support experience handling escalations or advanced troubleshooting.
  • Strong background in customer service and technical problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot SaaS applications.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing and chat support systems.
  • Experience working with SaaS integrations and debugging API-related issues.
  • Familiarity with database queries (SQL) for troubleshooting.
