About the Position

This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive architectural decisions, optimize existing systems, and deliver scalable solutions.

You'll work across multiple areas, including front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and deployment, guiding a team of engineers to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the technical architecture for our AI agent platform.
  • Mentor and guide a small team of engineers (initially 2–3, scaling up to 10+).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives.
Technical Expertise
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable front-end and back-end systems using Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, and Axios APIs.
  • Implement automation workflows using N8N and integrate vector stores/databases.
  • Manage deployments using Docker, Docker Compose, and hypervisors.
Infrastructure & Deployment
  • Oversee Linux-based development environments, including scripting, automation, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and maintain secure local and remote deployments, with Cloudflare for instance management.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven expertise in AI automation and workflow orchestration (e.g., N8N, JSON, vector stores, databases).
  • Advanced experience with Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, Axios API.
  • Strong infrastructure background with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux-based development.
  • Hands-on experience with local networks, system security, and architecture design.
  • Experience managing remote deployments and instances (Cloudflare preferred).
  • Extensive experience with Git versioning and modern project management practices.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Enterprise-grade security architecture experience.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI agent frameworks.
