Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer daily HR functions, including responding to employee inquiries, onboarding new hires, and processing personnel changes and terminations.
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer human resource programs, such as compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence.
  • Participate in new hire orientation and other employee programs.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, and perform periodic audits to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

We seek someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
