Marketing Coordinator Role Overview

This role involves executing comprehensive marketing strategies and event coordination for a US-based company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign execution, process optimization, and measurable results achievement.

The successful candidate will be able to coordinate across time zones in a fully remote role and have strong organizational and time management skills.

They will also have knowledge of project management principles applied to marketing coordination and be able to perform under pressure with tight deadlines.

Additionally, the candidate will have effective written and verbal communication skills and be able to interpret data insights from social media and paid advertising performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including content scheduling and performance tracking
  • Coordinate sponsorship evaluation processes for trade shows and conferences
  • Manage travel logistics and vendor relationships for events
  • Execute event logistics operations, including shipping coordination and booth setup
  • Coordinate on-site activities during events
  • Track performance for event interactions and document leads
  • Coordinate content development workflows, including photography logistics and publication scheduling
  • Manage contact database operations, including data organization and audience segmentation preparation
  • Execute multi-channel communication campaigns, including social media scheduling and email sequence deployment
Qualifications:Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of professional marketing coordination experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience using project management software, including Asana and Trello
  • Advanced proficiency with communication platforms, including Slack and Zoom
  • Strong English language proficiency and professional email writing skills
  • Social media platform proficiency and ability to create posts and manage community interactions
Nice-to-Have:
  • 1-2 years of professional event coordination experience
  • Experience working in technology environments, particularly SaaS PropTech or real estate technology sectors
  • Basic understanding of paid social media advertising and paid search advertising
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Cultural awareness and communication adaptability for diverse business practices and communication styles
