Business Solution Expert

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team as a Business Solution Expert. This role presents an opportunity to work with clients to solve complex business problems and enhance their performance.

  • The primary responsibility of this position is to improve account team efficiency and effectiveness through the execution of key project management and coordination activities.
  • Business solution experts must ensure that deadlines are met, projects are efficiently managed, and proactive coordination /communication is maintained.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to engagement teams by coordinating, supporting or performing tasks that lead to efficient and effective engagement management, from initiation to post-engagement feedback/debrief activities
  • Assist engagements with financial matters (e.g., hours/ budgets/ estimates to complete, fees, billings, Work in process-WIPs); collaborate with Financial Management Associates
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • A Graduate, preferably B.Com/BBA/MBA/Economics Graduates
  • 3.5 to 5 years general business experience with international exposure would be beneficial
  • Korean Language Proficiency Level 3 to 6
