Job Description
As a Solution Consultant within the Sales Development & Solutioning (SDS) team at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and shaping our strategy for autonomous networks and data management solutions. You will collaborate closely with Sales Leads and cross-functional teams, developing a deep understanding of our customers' unique challenges and technological infrastructures. Your expertise will help position Nokia's innovative solutions effectively, ensuring we address their business needs through consultative selling. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, where open communication and teamwork are valued. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Develop and own the solution strategy for assigned customer segments, with a focus on autonomous networks and data management.
- Engage with customers at multiple levels, including senior leadership, to understand their challenges and formulate strategic business solutions.
- Articulate Nokia's value propositions and perform consultative selling to address customer priorities and identify latent needs.
- Lead the definition and development of technical solutions, collaborating with sales, presales, and project teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and demonstrations to showcase solutions, while owning the technical vision and business value for customers.
- Identify and develop new business leads and opportunities, contributing to business development activities for the account.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and lead complex negotiations to close key opportunities.
- Ensure quality validation of pricing inputs and manage the upload of technical artifacts in the CNS Offer Repository.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Cloud & Network Services (CNS) portfolios, particularly in Analytics, Digital Operations, Security, and Core networks
- Expertise in Cloud, Network, Data, and AI domains
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience in consultative selling and customer engagement at senior leadership levels
- Proficiency in problem solving and analytics skills
- Strong communication skills for managing complex relationships
- A collaborative mindset and a proven ability to work as a team player
