Transform Lives as a Mental Health Navigator

We're seeking a compassionate and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Mental Health Navigator. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping patients access care with confidence by verifying insurance benefits and running prescription monitoring program reports.

As a friendly and supportive resource, you'll help remove barriers so patients can focus on their mental health journey. Your expertise will ensure patients have clear, accurate information about their coverage, and you'll be responsible for communicating 1:1 with patients, providing accurate and current information regarding their coverage.

  • Contracting 40 hours a week on tasks assigned to you according to the job description
  • Conduct insurance verifications, ensuring verifications are ran in a timely manner
  • Communicate 1:1 with patients, providing accurate and current information regarding their coverage.
  • Run prescription history reports through prescription monitoring platform
  • Entering client personal health information and other clinical data
  • Other tasks assigned by the Lead Care Navigator.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Superb Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech and Data-Savvy: Easily picks up on unfamiliar technologies and thrives to organize, analyze and plug in data
  • Compassionate: Naturally compassionate and empathetic to patients needing mental health care
  • Insurance Aficionado: High level of knowledge in health insurance, equipped to provide patients with the most accurate information related to their coverage
