Helpline Crisis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Support Line Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing mental health support to customers via various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, with experience working as a helpline responder. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in English and Tagalog.

In this role, you will be required to maintain high standards of effectiveness with callers, utilize best practices for all scenarios, and work collaboratively with the rest of the operations team to address clients' needs.

• Provide mental health support to customers via hotlines, text, and chat
• Maintain high standards of effectiveness with callers
• Utilize best practices for all scenarios
• Work collaboratively with the operations team
• Ensure patients receive appropriate follow-up care

• At least 2-4 years experience working as a helpline responder
• Completed training in SFBT or its equivalent
• Certified in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention
• Masters in Psychology preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
