Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that involves creating engaging video content and design assets for various media.

We are looking for an experienced motion graphics designer who can bring their creativity and technical skills to this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually stunning motion graphics that align with client needs
  • Perform basic edit tasks and create rough sound beds for edit projects when required
  • Create graphical templates for use by other artists and for delivery to clients
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of designers and motion artists, ensuring successful project execution based on project size
  • Support the strategic development of the Motion team, providing guidance and expertise
  • Advise on design, edit, and motion elements during the ideation process
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Motion Graphics
  • Strong experience with design and editing
  • Extended knowledge of relevant software: Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.
  • Strong understanding of capabilities and integrations with other software, such as DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.
  • Strong portfolio of Motion Graphics work and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • Experience managing other Designers & Motion Artists
  • High level visual and conceptual skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong collaborative skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders at multiple seniority levels
  • A continuous desire to learn new techniques and technologies
