Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various marketing campaigns and digital platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality animated content that effectively communicates key messages and drives user engagement. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards, animating existing static design assets, and editing video footage to integrate motion graphics and sound design.

• Motion Graphics Creation: Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize and storyboard animated content that effectively communicates key messages and drives user engagement.
• Asset Animation: Animate existing static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic and interactive visual experiences.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished and impactful video content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity and tone across all animated assets.
• Optimization for Platforms: Optimize motion graphics and video content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and ad networks.
• Industry Compliance: Ensure all animated advertising content complies with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, software, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality and innovation of our visual content.

• Proven Experience: Solid experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects.
• Industry Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on motion design experience in the iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, and/or Social Casino segment is required.
• SaaS Motion Design Experience: Demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics for SaaS products is critical.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications is essential.
• Animation Principles: Deep understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: Exceptional creative flair, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Language: Advanced English is a must.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
