Job Title: Financial Performance Specialist

You will be instrumental in delivering accurate financial reporting and valuable insights, empowering executive leaders to make informed decisions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to prepare and analyze monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Presenting financial results at management meetings and strategy sessions
  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and tax returns
  • Managing external auditor relations and audit queries
  • Partnering with Commercial Managers to develop and implement budgets and forecasts
  • Supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes as needed
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in media or related sectors
  • A qualified accountant (CA/CPA preferred)
  • Relevant experience in managing diverse revenue streams such as memberships, events, and advertising
  • Sage Intacct experience is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Chargebee and HubSpot is an advantage
  • Highly autonomous and self-motivated
  • Process improvement-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
