Job Title

Dental Patient Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume phone enquiries and incoming emails, scheduling patient visits, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, practitioners, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ■ Managing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • ■ Responding to email queries from families and facilities
  • ■ Scheduling patient visits and answering pre-visit questions, including billing information
  • ■ Entering new patient details on Zavy360 and updating existing information
  • ■ Liaising with General Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Clinical Managers

Requirements:

  • ■ 2+ years experience as an admin/coordinator
  • ■ Strong communicator via phone and email
  • ■ Good computer skills, experience working with a database, scheduling
  • ■ Competent to support invoicing process
  • ■ Organized and detail-oriented
