Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Interaction Specialist.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide world-class customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.

 

Requirements:

  • At least no prior experience is needed however Excellent English communication skills are important.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle sensitive customer issues.
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
