Job Title: Senior Associate SAP FICO Professional

A challenging opportunity awaits for a seasoned SAP FICO expert to drive business transformation and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

About the Role:
  • Lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough business needs analysis, identifying key challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive deployment strategies, roadmaps, and plans to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives.
  • Analyze complex data and build recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling modules.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in SAP Finance & Controlling module, with at least 3 full-cycle implementation experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points:
  • Prior experience in Real Estate, Construction, Property Development, or Plantation industries will be highly valued.
  • Ability to contribute to RFI/RFP response preparation and development of innovative solutions.
