Customer Service Representative Job Summary

KITSCH is a global accessory brand recognized for positivity and hard work. Established in 2010, KITSCH has grown from door-to-door sales to selling products in over 27 countries across 20,000 retail locations worldwide.

We're looking for motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Support Team. You will respond to customer comments and messages, provide personalized product recommendations, and help customers with their unique questions.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer outreach through direct messages and social media comments on various platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, including shipping delays, product defects, missing packages, and payment issues.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up until resolution.
  • Work closely with other Representatives and Customer Support Teams to provide mentorship and guidance.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education
    • High-School Diploma or equivalent
    • Preferred: College Degree
  • Experience
    • 2-3 years of community management
    • 2-3 years of experience in customer service
    • Background in beauty or retail industry (preferred)
  • Skills
    • Track record of resolving complex customer issues
    • Experience with social media management software
    • Customer service software and tools
