Job Position Overview

This senior position is responsible for independently and collaboratively defining business requirements, designing, and implementing a robust automation framework for a machine learning platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality products through rigorous functional and API level testing.
  • Identifying, documenting thoroughly, and tracking bugs effectively.
  • Leveraging technical expertise to provide guidance and leadership to team members.
  • Automating tests to guarantee adherence to functional requirements and performance metrics.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
  • 8+ years of experience with UI Automation tools such as Selenium, and API automation using Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with Robot automation framework using Python programming language.
  • Experience working with Python and/or J2EE technology or equivalent Object-Oriented Programming paradigm.
  • Ability to automate test validation via API or database using Snowflake, HIVE, or AWS Athena highly desirable.
  • Knowledgeable in Git workflows including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
  • Understanding of Agile testing methodologies required.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Elasticsearch, and SQL, NoSQL databases like Aerospike, Thrift, CI, and AWS highly desirable.
  • Experience working with container-based solutions a plus.
