As a Quality Assurance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining quality standards across clinical research initiatives.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive quality control processes for clinical research projects. This includes conducting quality assurance audits to ensure compliance, reviewing and improving documentation systems to meet quality standards, providing strategic oversight of QA processes across multiple projects, collaborating with team members to uphold quality standards, developing and maintaining QA tracking systems, creating and executing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive quality control processes for clinical research projects.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance.
  • Review and improve documentation systems to meet quality standards.
  • Provide strategic oversight of QA processes across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain QA tracking systems.
  • Create and execute quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of QA experience in the life sciences industry, a proven background in pharmaceutical or clinical research organizations, strong experience in quality auditing and compliance, excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, superior English communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work independently and initiate projects, experience with clinical research or pharmaceutical companies, track record of implementing QA systems, and strong documentation and reporting skills.
