  • The Station Head sets the tone for excellence by achieving desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as cost per parcel, pick-up/RTS success rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • This role oversees Assistant Station Heads/Officers, driving process improvements and ensuring seamless operation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the Station Head to optimize operational processes including inventory management, push off, rider and route management, COD collection, petty cash fund handling, and updating the rider master list.
  2. Take charge of daily operations when the SH is unavailable.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance Rider performance, adherence to SOPs/Policies/Protocols, and overall business outcomes.
  4. Ensure timely assessments of rider liquidation and productivity management to maintain optimal financial stability.
  5. Drive data-driven decision-making through thorough analysis of hub performance and identification of areas for improvement.
  6. Guarantee accurate tracking and updates of parcels and shipments within the logistics application.

Core Competencies:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the logistics/supply chain industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a logistics/start-up environment a plus.
