Job Summary

As a Sales Admin Assistant at Career Professionals, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of sales orders, coordinating with the finance department, and maintaining administrative functions. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring timely updates and follow-ups on sales orders, deliveries, and collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team and finance department to ensure accurate and timely booking of sales orders, deliveries, and collections.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative documents, such as proforma invoices, rebates, and credit memo applications.
  • Follow up on payments and other important documents, such as BIR 2303 and withholding tax, from customers.
  • Perform administrative functions, including filing, record-keeping, and answering calls.
  • Assist in monitoring and following up on sales orders, deliveries, and collections.
  • Provide feedback to salesmen on significant developments and updates regarding sales matters.
