At Neksjob, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams and leadership in driving sales excellence and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales process support to client teams, leadership, and internal operations teams.
  • Assist Avanade Practitioners in navigating the company's internal sales processes.
  • Support Avanade Leadership and Sales Operations leads in driving efforts across multiple service areas and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate review and approval meetings, support sales reporting/analysis and forecasting, and drive sales excellence best practices.
  • Support sales governance cadences & execution against plan with a focus on sales forecasting, pipeline health management, sales performance, and data-driven sales insights.
  • Support the execution of the sales planning cycle and drive continuous improvement and transformation.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years related experience in sales/sales operations, with a strong understanding of sales operations processes.
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
  • Open to any/all industries.
