
Administrative Support Specialist

A highly organized and proactive individual is sought to provide administrative support to a company director. This role requires a dynamic professional with exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the director's diary, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings ensuring seamless execution
- Handle all correspondence including emails, phone calls, and letters ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including document preparation, filing, and office organization
- Coordinate and organize meetings including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items
- Assist with project management tasks including tracking project progress and deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the director and other team members as needed
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Quick thinking and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
