Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Job DescriptionYou will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the team through following up on client deliverables, opening investment accounts, and sending client packages.
Additionally, you will be responsible for proper documentation and organization of data and files, managing office supply inventory, and accurate recording of revenues and expenses.
Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as determined by the team is also an essential part of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge in Google Suite and MS Office
- Trustworthy and people-oriented with discretion and confidentiality
- Fresh graduate or up to four years of work experience
This position offers primarily work-from-home arrangement with office days in Ortigas Center, Pasig City every other Monday. Additional benefits include:
