Job Opportunity:

A dynamic and challenging position has arisen for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to spearhead projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project documentation to identify potential issues that may impact timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Lead internal project kick-off meetings to finalize project requirements, determine timelines, and schedule tasks.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status during the fielding process via email or phone, and offer recommendations to panel teams to optimize sample collection.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and ensure all panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner, while providing necessary financial metrics for billing and invoicing purposes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in Marketing Research is preferred.
  • Experience in Healthcare data collections is also preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data management platforms, Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, and Word.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet aggressive deadlines, and maintain high levels of detail.
