About the Role

This leadership position requires a visionary who can leverage deep industry expertise to guide a team of professionals in a fast-growing healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare operations, DME, claims, and HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your extensive experience in leading teams to drive success in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of U.S. healthcare processes, DME, claims, and authorizations.
  • Effectively manage teams, communicate clearly, and solve complex problems efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote work environments is highly valued.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field).
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare BPO or similar environment.
  • Proven track record in U.S. healthcare processes, DME, claims, and authorizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach, and resolve escalations effectively.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare systems.
  • Proficiency in CRM, workforce tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Remote/hybrid work experience a significant plus.
