We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to spearhead our development team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of features within assigned product areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology stack and its applications.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Drive Scrum methodology implementation, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and team meetings to ensure open communication and clear expectations.
  • Participate in bi-weekly stakeholder demos to showcase progress and gather feedback.
  • Identify and prioritize technical debt, driving refactoring efforts to improve overall system performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and learning across the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in engineering leadership or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop engineering talent.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies, such as AWS.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization, specifically Kubernetes.
