We're seeking a visionary AI Engineering Lead to drive our mission of making healthcare radically more accessible through intelligent automation. As a key member of our team, you'll architect our AI-first future, transforming how millions access healthcare.

You'll own the entire AI strategy across our ClinicOS platform, building AI systems that deliver world-class healthcare at software scale. You'll work directly with our Head of Engineering and CEO to build AI solutions that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision. You'll ship production AI while defining our long-term roadmap, automating clinical workflows, and creating systems that scale to 100 million patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead our AI systems across the entire company, ensuring seamless integration with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models.
  • Drive AI adoption across our clinical operating system, identifying manual processes to automate and create AI assistants that make our clinical team more effective.
  • Leverage AI to transform our conversion funnel from personalized outreach sequences to AI sales agents that close deals.
  • Be genuinely obsessed with data, studying our datasets to identify AI opportunities and building lightweight MVPs in days not months.

Need to Have:

  • 6+ years of highly relevant experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning.
  • Strong experience building production applications powered by LLMs, including prompt and context engineering, RAG systems, model fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Possess strong programming skills using Typescript and/or Python.
  • Have strong experience designing and building modern, customer-facing APIs.
  • Are comfortable building user-friendly interfaces using React or similar frameworks.
  • Have experience leading engineering team members.
