    At our innovative edtech startup, we are pushing the boundaries of personalized learning by harnessing cutting-edge AI technology. We are seeking a visionary AI Product Lead to spearhead the development of our revolutionary learning platform, which combines advanced AI with proven learning science to create a unique educational experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving rapid iterations, leveraging AI tools for strategic planning, and transforming insights into actionable solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain 'Brain Lifts' – our framework for distilling deep domain insights that power both human and AI decision-making
    • Lead high-impact product iteration cycles using the OODA Loop methodology, delivering weekly changes while focusing on measurable student outcomes


    Requirements:
    • 4+ years steering product vision and strategy in leadership positions
    • A proven track record of launching products from zero to $1M+ revenue, owning the entire journey from conception to market success
    • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI tools for professional analysis, research, and strategic planning


    About This Opportunity:

    This is a full-time, long-term position that requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200,000 USD/year, assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
