Responsibilities:

  • Prepare loan package documentation by sorting initial borrower and broker submissions.
  • Maintain accurate updates through backchannel messages from Australian brokers and lenders.
  • Facilitate credit check requests placed by brokers.
  • Review received documents for completeness and adherence to task guidelines.
  • Manage pipeline to ensure timely contact with brokers and lenders.
  • Support CS team members with pre-settlement or settlement files.

Requirements:

  • Commerce/Finance degree or diploma (essential)
  • Australian Banking/Australian Mortgage experience (preferred)
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and PC literacy skills
  • A thirst for learning in a fast-paced technology environment
