Job Overview

As a dedicated customer support specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for English-speaking customers.

This position requires addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, with a focus on technical troubleshooting, account integrations, activations/deactivations, and retirement plan support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt, accurate support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, fostering a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues efficiently and enhance customer service.
  • Provide assistance with account activation, integration troubleshooting, and product-related inquiries.
  • Offer guidance on client retirement plan offerings (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing Plans) while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize Zendesk, Aircall, and CRM systems for tracking, managing, and resolving customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; a background in Business, Finance, or IT is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in technical support or financial services.
  • Familiarity with retirement plans or financial account management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall is preferred.
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
