Talent Acquisition Business Partner

This is a role that requires a talented individual to work with various stakeholders and deliver recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.


The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager in Singapore and will be responsible for driving improvements in revenue recognition processes. They will also ensure that RWO APAC invoices are distributed to clients as per policy and participate in invoice process discussions during the implementation of new clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and ensuring that RWO APAC invoices are distributed to clients as per policy.
  • Participating and leading the invoice process discussions during the implementation of new clients.
  • Initiating and driving improvements in invoicing processes across RWO APAC.
  • Performing invoicing audits to ensure completeness of revenue for RWO APAC on a quarterly basis.

Beyond these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to complete assigned projects and support the Singapore Management Accountant/RWO APAC Finance Manager on ad-hoc tasks.

We are seeking someone with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least one year of working experience in the accounting field. A minimum of 1 year of regional experience is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent time management and organisational skills.
