We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Loan Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new applications and valuations, completing data entry, and conducting follow-ups with providers to ensure positive customer experiences.

  • This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can develop strong relationships with third-party introducers and ensure that service levels are consistently met.
  • As a Loan Documentation Specialist, you will also have the chance to work closely with the Credit team, responding to queries in a timely fashion and liaising with external stakeholders as required.

You will be working in a fast-paced industry where no two days are the same. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Minimum two years' experience within an administrative role or similar
  • A high level of attention to detail, particularly while completing data entry
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work in a team environment whilst also being able to work autonomously as needed
  • The ability to solve problems - working through the best possible outcomes for the customer at all times
  • Confidence in working under pressure and prioritizing work as needed
  • Comfortable managing tasks and seeing them through to completion
  • Prior experience in the mortgage industry is highly regarded
