Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Administrator to manage financial records, prepare tax returns, handle payroll processing, and perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage payroll processing and prepare payroll returns accurately and timely.
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Administrator with a strong focus on QuickBooks, tax returns, payroll returns, and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and payroll processes.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other financial software and tools.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
