Paid Social Advertising Specialist

As a Paid Social Advertising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of paid social KPIs, media buying strategies, and the ability to interpret performance data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage paid social media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and other platforms to maximize campaign performance.
  • Build and test audiences, creative variations, and placements to achieve optimal results.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and continuously optimize based on insights.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to create compelling ad creatives that drive engagement.
  • Stay informed about platform updates and evolving best practices in paid social advertising.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other social ad platforms.
  • Strong understanding of paid social KPIs and media buying strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.
