
Virtual Home-Based Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-focused individual to support our client in a dynamic environment. As a Home-Based Administrative Assistant, you will handle various administrative tasks, including mail processing, vendor order management, and record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee clerical tasks, such as processing, sorting, and routing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Sort and distribute vendor invoices to the billing and accounts payable departments as necessary.
- Order and manage inventory; receive and forward documentation to the ASB inventory/sales support team for receipt completion.
- Verify order receipt with vendors to meet delivery timelines.
- Track orders from production schedules to delivery dates through workflow management systems.
- Manage backorder processes, including identification of backorders and replacement with comparable products.
- Reduce accounts receivable aging by implementing effective strategies.
- Assist clients with administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed.
- Candidates should possess a college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, Administrative Assistance, or similar roles is required.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
- Candidates must be able to work U.S. EST hours (graveyard shift in PH time).
- Strong understanding of office management systems and procedures is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite is required.
