Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement territory-specific strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Elevate Nike stores aligned with territory strategic priorities and create action plans to accelerate strategy execution.
  • Drive service excellence within stores, inclusive of foundational services, new services, and seamless processes.
  • Manage day-to-day business operations, analyzing wins and opportunities, enabling quick decisions and solutions.
Required Skills:
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in retail sector and store or district management.
  • Retail Acumen: Understanding of retail business model, shifting landscape, and implications for future financial performance.
  • Relationship Management Skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain high-profile relationships across teams, functions, and layers.
  • High-Profile Communication and Influencing Skills: Adeptness with high-profile communication, meeting facilitation, and effective communication on status, issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Team Management Skills: Proven experience managing complex projects and initiatives, Track Record of inspiring and managing high-performing teams.
