Job Title: User Experience Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with our product team to design and develop prototypes that meet our users' needs.
  • Developing wireframes and sitemaps to visualize the user flow and interactions.
  • Designing and implementing visual elements, such as graphics, typography, and color schemes, to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
  • Evaluating and refining the user experience through usability testing and feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a healthcare technology company.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio that showcases your UX design skills and experience.
