Maintenance and Equipment Supervisor

The primary function of this role is to oversee the efficient performance and utilization of manpower and departmental resources in line with factory standards, ensuring company objectives are met.
Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance activities, collaborating with engineering heads and other departments, defining, controlling, maintaining, and monitoring maintenance procedures and activities on process machines and auxiliaries, and ensuring the safety of equipment and its utilization.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Preferrably a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Supervise maintenance activities and collaborate with engineering heads and other departments
- Define, control, maintain, and monitor maintenance procedures and activities on process machines and auxiliaries
- Ensure the safety of equipment and its utilization
- Identify/record any maintenance and repair service quality problems and ensure solutions are provided
- Facilitate and lead a team to perform job hazard analyses and conduct department safety meetings or inspections
- Has a strong understanding of mechanical or electrical engineering principles
- Can effectively manage and supervise teams
- Is able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
