Job Title: 4PL Logistics Coordinator

Are you looking for a challenging role in logistics that requires strong coordination and communication skills? Do you have experience in shipping, forwarding, and supply chain operations?

As a 4PL Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with local and overseas internal teams, shippers, warehouse, carriers, and end customers to ensure smooth delivery of cargo. You will work closely with Area Partners to ensure that the exceptions or concerns are handled within the service level agreement as defined for the specific communication channel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with local and overseas internal teams, shippers, warehouse, carriers, and end customers to ensure smooth delivery of cargo.
2. Conduct vessel reconciliation and manifest process as per process design.
3. Facilitate completion of documentation and invoicing process.
4. Support with proactive activities that facilitate documentation and cargo release.
5. Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract terms.
6. Monitor shipping trackers and ensure accuracy of details.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Passion to drive closures and high-level customer service orientation – Customer Centricity.
• Excellent in both oral and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently for coordination with stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong communication capabilities in an international environment.
• Able to work with different cultures and people, including phone calls.
• Strong time management to complete tasks on time.
• Keen to details; a proactive attitude to foresee irregularities and propose alternative solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines.

Preferred Educational Background:

Bachelor's Degree of any course.

Work Experience:

• Has in-depth working experience in shipping, forwarding, supply chain operations.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Shipping & Logistics industry.
• Experience in coordinating with shippers, warehouse, carriers and end customers.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines when required.
• Willing to work in graveyard shift and hybrid working arrangement.

Functional & Technical Competency:

• Proficient in Transportation Management Systems and Cargoplanning.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel; with experience in reporting thru MS Excel.
