Job Title: Freight Data Validator

The successful candidate will use our groundbreaking tech to handle more customers, meet greater challenges, and stretch their capabilities - all with a fraction of the effort.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Shipment Tracking and Management: Track and manage shipment levels across multiple locations to ensure timely arrival and departure.
  • Customs Documentation Coordination: Prepare and manage necessary customs documentation for international shipments.
  • Shipment Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Carrier Management: Manage relationships with carriers, including rate negotiations and compliance with service agreements.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all logistics activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience: Working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, either locally or internationally.
  • Familiarity: Shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices, etc.)
  • Detailed Oriented: Experience in data entry and data validation tasks.
  • Software Proficiency: Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems.
  • TMS Familiarity: Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya.
  • Educational Background: Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program.
  • Licenses: Licensed customs broker.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1).
  • Client Management: Client management experience is a plus.
