Network Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Planning Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design new sites and expansions, taking into account coverage objectives, capacity requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze various measurement reports to assess network performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop high-level network plans and effectively communicate these plans to different territorial teams.
  • Propose solutions for improvement in areas with insufficient coverage.
  • Generate accurate cost estimates for new site deployments and network upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Experience with network planning tools and conducting detailed analyses and simulations.
  • Strong data analysis skills using measurement reports.
  • Ability to develop high-level plans and cascade strategies to territorial teams; excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to coverage gaps and experience in proposing practical, cost-effective solutions.
