Job Title: Brand Marketing Professional

We are seeking a talented and results-driven individual to manage our social media marketing efforts with a strategic approach, focusing on performance over aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple brands
  • Align all content with our ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal promotions
  • Identify and schedule optimal posting times for maximum reach and engagement
  • Manage Meta ads efficiently; set up, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and correlate social content with operational performance and in-store sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for real-time execution and problem-solving

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated professional with strong marketing instincts and ability to execute independently
  • Minimum 2+ years experience running social media campaigns for multiple brands (agency or in-house), preferably in the food and beverage or retail industries
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and solid understanding of social strategy, audience growth, and engagement tactics
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
